These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website financebrokercentralcoast.com.au and the lead-referral service operated by Finance Broker Central Coast ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our service
Finance Broker Central Coast operates a lead-generation and referral service. We collect enquiries from prospective borrowers on the Central Coast NSW and pass those enquiries to one or more accredited finance professionals in our network. The finance professional you are matched with will contact you directly to discuss your finance needs.
We are not a credit provider, lender or licensed credit assistance provider. We do not arrange loans, assess credit applications or provide personal financial advice. All network partners hold appropriate Australian Credit Licences or operate as authorised credit representatives.
2. General information only, not advice
Information on this website is general in nature. It does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on any information you read here, you should consider whether it is appropriate for your circumstances and, where relevant, obtain independent financial, taxation or legal advice.

5. Referral to network partners
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to your contact details and enquiry information being shared with one or more accredited finance professionals in our network for the purpose of contacting you. Any agreement, advice or service you subsequently receive is provided directly by that finance professional under their own terms and licence, not by Finance Broker Central Coast.
We may receive a referral fee from network partners when an enquiry results in a completed loan or other financial product. This does not increase the cost of your loan. You are under no obligation to proceed with any product or service offered by a network partner.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and code, is owned by or licensed to Finance Broker Central Coast and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
